Recognising that it is the human element which is critical to the success of any 360 Degree Feedback process, Bowland Solutions have created a pool of business performance coaches who can conduct the debrief & feedback one-to-one sessions.
Brendan Walsh, Managing Director of Bowland Solutions notes, "We are finding where we have provided a 360 Degree Feedback process to clients, particularly at more senior levels within the organisation, that they sometimes wish to have an external coach, who can debrief the individual in an impartial and objective way.
It isn't that internal coaches would be any less competent in this role, but sometimes it can help to simply have someone who can see into the business as an informed outsider, rather someone who is in the business everyday."
