Davenport Lyons, a London based law firm, has asked Bowland Solutions to create and conduct an employee survey which will look to get feedback from all levels of staff, including partners, around how they perceive the firm.
The survey will be designed from first principles by establishing what its specific purpose is, what areas of interest the firm would like feedback on, and what will happen with the results.
Once the questions have been agreed, the survey will be produced on-line, with respondents receiving an email with link to a secure log-in screen.
They will complete rated questions anonymously and add free-text comments too, which will then be aggregated to generate a final report.
Bowland Solutions will then analyse the results, drawing out trends, demographic differences, etc before presenting the findings to the partners.
