Bowland Solutions extend their work within local government sector as Eastleigh Borough Council commissions them to introduce 360 degree feedback system.

Bowland Solutions are to work with Eastleigh Borough Council to implement a new on-line 360 degree feedback process in support of the ongoing development of their senior management team.

Working from their own bespoke designed competency framework and questionnaire, senior managers will be able to select the respondents who they wish to give them feedback, from both inside and external to the Council.

Once all their feedback has been completed online, the system will dynamically generate a report with the aggregated responses and free-text comments; this can then be shared during a face-to-face session with internal  ‘de-briefer’ to help ensure understanding and move towards any development actions.
