International brand design consultancy, Elmwood, to introduce Bowland Solutions on-line 360 degree feedback system to support management development

Bowland Solutions are to work with the global brand design business, Elmwood, to implement a new on-line 360 degree feedback system and process for senior management in support of their continuing learning & development.
Working with their own developed competency framework and supporting question set, recipients will first select who they wish to get feedback from; this could be any number of respondents including peers, direct reports or external parties.
Administrators will be able to initiate the 360 cycle and send email invitations from within the system, they can then monitor progress of completed questionnaires and send reminders as appropriate.
Once an agreed number of respondents have completed the feedback on a recipient, the report is shared with them during a one-to-one debrief.
Internal staff will first be trained by Bowland facilitators in how to conduct effective debriefs, this being a critical phase in the feedback process.
