Bowland Solutions announce launch of “MyOwn360”, a new and unique on-line self-service 360 degree feedback tool.

Following their success in implementing tailored web-based performance review and 360 degree feedback systems within many organisations, Bowland Solutions in conjunction with a key partner, Peter Hyde Management Consulting, have developed a new self-service 360 degree feedback tool.
The myown360 tool is an online 360 degree feedback solution that enables users to invite feedback from anyone with an email address.
Based on a well researched and validated competency framework, users can choose both the specific competencies and behaviours they want feedback on to create their own unique questionnaire.
They then nominate respondents who are invited to complete the questionnaire, and when complete the individual has a comprehensive report which is easy to interpret and act upon.
The tool is always ready and available for use through the website, and offers a simple, pay-as-you-go model so that users can run 360 degree feedback in a cost-effective way without the need to invest in a dedicated solution.
