Bowland Solutions work with the Nowhere Group in bringing on-line their new and unique Creative Consciousness Mapping tool.

Following the success of the Nowhere Group in working with a diverse range of clients using their own developed 'Creative Consciousness Mapping' tool (CCM), Bowland Solutions have now been asked to create an on-line version for them.
The CCM diagnostic tool, and the practice that underpins it, can be used to unlock the full potential of leaders, leadership teams, cultures... in fact anyone who wants to unlock their own creative potential and the creative potential of the people around them.
Bowland have worked very closely with the Nowhere Group to create a highly tailored system which matches the distinctive Nowhere brand, look and feel.
The process requires participants to complete a questionnaire, with each questionnaire page slowly revealed to encourage a period of reflection between questions.
Nowhere had previously mapped a participant's answers onto their own developed 'Creative Consciousness Matrix Wheel' and this report structure has been faithfully replicated on-line, providing a unique and highly visual representation of their situation.
Working to a very tight timescale, the system has been successfully deployed and is supporting their work with a number of key clients.
