Peterborough City Council introduce on-line performance reviews to integrate with training records system and support employee learning & development.

As a drive to improve performance and efficiency whilst reducing costs within Peterborough City Council, Human Resources have successfully introduced an on-line performance review process to support employee learning & development.

Bowland Solutions have provided a custom-built performance review system which integrates with their existing HR processes, most notably in recording training requests and managing their approvals, so employees are targeted with effective training which meets their development needs.

It has been designed to evolve with the Council’s requirements and will handle up to 6000 employee appraisals whilst also offering a 360 Degree Feedback process to senior management.

The solution could not be a burden on their I.T. infrastructure or resources, which made the web-enabled, hosted service, the ideal approach.
